$90K-$110K per year plus bonus Compensation & Benefits $90K-$110K base salary plus bonus Employee ownership with an annual ESOP contribution 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays Car allowance Generous benefits package About the Opportunity Our client, an employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis, is growing fast and looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare, community health, and airport work, and this hire could step into a healthcare project right away. As an employee-owner, you'll have a real stake in the projects you deliver and in the company's long-term success. What You'll Do Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on the jobsite Manage 1-2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years) Own project budgets and cost controls Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

Tools You'll Use:

Microsoft Office, Autodesk Build, Phoenix (scheduling), and Viewpoint (accounting and cost reporting) What You Bring 3-5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM Bachelor's degree Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large, multi-stakeholder projects Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules Willingness to work onsite with clients
