Job Description Oversee daily construction site activities and keep work aligned with project plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to maintain project schedules. Review site progress and address day-to-day construction issues as they arise. Monitor work quality and confirm completed work meets project requirements. Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Coordinate material deliveries and site access to keep work moving. Communicate project status, schedule needs, and site concerns with the construction team. Promote safe work practices across the construction site. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field crews. Ability to read and follow construction plans and project schedules. Experience monitoring work quality and site progress. Ability to maintain accurate daily reports and construction documentation. Knowledge of safe construction site practices. What's on Offer Base salary up to $130,000, dependent on experience. $900 per month vehicle and fuel allowance.
