The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: 8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC Strong ground-up industrial, warehouse, or tilt-wall experience Experience on large-scale projects with significant construction budgets Ability to travel occasionally within Florida as project needs require Background with reputable industrial contractors preferred What's on Offer $140,000-$180,000+ base salary (DOE) 10% annual bonus, ESOP participation, and 401(k) match after 3 months $72/day per diem plus fully covered lodging when travelling Long-term career growth with an expanding Southeast operation and immediate project backlog
