Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, inspections, and project coordination, primarily for senior housing/multifamily projects .Key Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractors and daily site activities. Coordinate with Project Managers and lead jobsite meetings. Ensure OSHA safety, QA/QC, inspections, and punch-list completion . Use Procore for daily logs, drawings, photos, and project tracking. Review contractor scopes and assist with change orders. Maintain jobsite organization and logistics. Be present on-site while construction is underway.Requirements:
5+ years of commercial construction supervision experience, preferably senior housing/multifamily . Strong knowledge of construction safety and plans/specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office ; Bluebeam/Adobe and Procore preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Experience:
