Job Description

Overview As a Foreman/Site Superintendent with masonry experience, you'll coordinate field operations and guide crews through commercial construction work. You'll keep work aligned with project plans, schedules, budgets, quality expectations, and applicable safety regulations.
Your impact:
By coordinating crews, schedules, and quality checks, you help deliver safe, well-built projects for clients and the people who use them. Responsibilities Lead crew management and day-to-day site activities; communicate priorities clearly to workers, subcontractors, and project teams. Review blueprints and construction drawings, coordinate schedules, and track progress using construction management software. Support construction estimating, budgeting, contracts, and project documentation; tools may include ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Manage construction safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA requirements, federal construction safety regulations, and other applicable construction regulations. Coordinate materials, site needs, and project updates; use an ohmmeter when required for relevant site checks. Experience Construction site experience, including commercial construction and masonry work. Supervising experience and experience managing teams in a construction management role. Knowledge of construction management, project management, construction scheduling, project scheduling, and construction schedule coordination. Ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct construction drawing review; strong managerial communication and organizational skills. Experience with construction management software is useful. Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, Pipeline, or an ohmmeter is preferred. #IND123
