Job Description The Superintendent - Healthcare/Life Science will: Lead field operations from project start through closeout. Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and project schedules. Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and design teams. Oversee projects across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, Infrastructure, Renovations, Fit-Outs, and New Construction sectors. Drive project execution while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Utilize construction technology platforms to improve communication and project delivery. Work on projects located throughout the 495 corridor, Boston area, North Shore, and Worcester markets. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Healthcare/Life Science should have: 8+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, Infrastructure, New Construction, Renovations, or Fit-Out projects preferred. Background working in Design-Build, Design-Assist, or General Contracting environments. Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Candidates without Life Sciences or Healthcare experience are encouraged to apply if interested in transitioning into these sectors through mentorship and training.
