Job Description The Superintendent / Project Manager - Life Sciences will: Manage 2-5 active projects simultaneously throughout Greater Boston. Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material management. Conduct site visits and collaborate with field superintendents. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Lead communication between project stakeholders and operations leadership. Support construction efforts focused on process piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation. Partner with operations leadership to drive successful project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent / Project Manager - Life Sciences should have: 5+ years of construction experience. Superintendent or Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience supporting laboratory, life science, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar technical projects preferred. Strong understanding of MEP systems, especially mechanical, piping, and plumbing scopes. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel throughout the Greater Boston area. Commutable to North Central Massachusetts.
