Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding & Roofing Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of our siding and roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate roofing and siding installation projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship, quality, safety compliance, and overall project progress. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and estimates. Collaborate with roofing and siding specialists to develop and execute project plans effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, photo documentation, material usage, and invoices. Communicate effectively with the project team and provide regular updates to management on project status. Communicate with property owners in a professional manner, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in roofing and/or siding installation required; prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of roofing and siding materials, techniques, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and hold a crew accountable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, crews, and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including climbing ladders and working at heights, and to lift up to 75 lbs. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

OSHA 10/30
