Permanent/Direct-Hire We're looking for an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who enjoys developing teams, building lasting client relationships, and driving projects to successful outcomes. What You'll Do Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance . Provide leadership throughout preconstruction, construction, and closeout while proactively managing risk and resolving complex issues. Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, cash flow, and change management . Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams while identifying opportunities for repeat business. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams , helping build the next generation of construction leaders. Drive operational excellence through consistent project delivery practices, technology, quality, safety, and process improvement. Partner with executive, finance, and legal teams on contracts, commercial risk, claims, and strategic decisions. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field . 15+ years of progressive construction management experience , including leadership of large commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects. Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and complex projects simultaneously . Strong financial, contract, negotiation, and risk-management experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of building trusted client relationships.
