Civil Construction Project Manager - Raynham/Lakeville, MA Direct Hire | $80,000+ Salary DOE | Full-Time Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established construction company in the Raynham/Lakeville, MA area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale civil and concrete construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities Oversee civil and concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations. Coordinate with engineers, clients, architects, and site supervisors. Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation. Track project costs, change orders, materials, and procurement. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contract requirements. Proactively resolve project challenges and maintain communication with all parties. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in civil and/or concrete construction. Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field operations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Massachusetts Hoisting License preferred. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Compensation & Benefits $80,000+ annual salary, depending on experience. Direct Hire - Full-Time Position.
