You will work closely with our Lead Superintendent to manage job site schedules, coordinate trade partners, enforce safety rules, and maintain high standards of quality. This role is ideal for an organized builder ready to take the next step in commercial or residential construction management. Key Responsibilities Site Operations & Scheduling:

Help manage daily production schedules, coordinate subcontractor activities, and track short-term milestone plans.

Quality Control:

Inspect work-in-progress to verify compliance with architectural drawings, engineering specs, and project standards.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict OSHA safety guidelines, conduct daily site safety walks, and ensure a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Material & Equipment Tracking:

Supervise material deliveries, verify resource quantities, and manage proper on-site staging.

Documentation:

Maintain daily construction logs with photographs, update RFIs and submittals, and assist with municipal or third-party building inspections. ________________________________________

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of field experience in commercial, residential, or multi-family construction. (Assistant Superintendent or senior lead carpenter/foreman background welcomed).

Education:

High school diploma or GED required; degree or certificate in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in reading contract drawings, shop drawings, and contract specs. o Familiarity with construction management software (such as Procore, Buildertrend, or Primavera) and MS Office Suite. o Current OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk job sites in all weather conditions, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid Driver's License:

Required for travel between local project sites.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
