Cleared American Guard (CAG) - Yokota Air Base, Japan T47 International, Inc. is seeking qualified Cleared American Guards (CAGs) for an anticipated construction security monitoring program at Yokota Air Base in Fussa, Tokyo, Japan. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a secure construction project and is contingent upon contract award.

Schedule:

Estimated Monday-Friday, 0800-1700; final site hours to be determined T47 will sponsor SOFA status for selected candidates. Housing and relocation support details will be provided during the interview process. Compensation includes base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and annual retention bonuses. Position Summary The CAG will protect the security integrity of the construction site, Secure Storage Area, construction materials, furniture, and fixtures. The position is responsible for controlling personnel and material access at vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the construction site. Key Responsibilities Control access at the Access Control Facility, Vehicle Gate, Secure Storage Area, and Secure Work Area. Screen workers, vehicles, and equipment entering and exiting the site. Prevent the introduction of prohibited items, including explosives, weapons, and electronic devices. Conduct random inspections of site areas and report suspicious materials or incidents to the SSPM or CST. Perform roving patrols and personnel and vehicle escorts as directed. Minimum Qualifications Active, final SECRET clearance. Experience in access control, physical security, military police, security forces, or construction site security. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in all seasons. U.S. citizen. Eligible for SOFA status as a contractor employee in Japan. Must meet applicable vision, health, physical examination, medical screening, and drug screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a CAG training course, such as DoS SE620 or an equivalent CAG course of 24 hours or longer. Prior CAG service on ICD 705 construction projects.
