What You'll Do As our Production Superintendent, you'll oversee daily field operations and ensure our custom pool construction projects are completed on time, within labor budgets, and to Coastal Pools' quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities across multiple job sites, from preconstruction through project completion. Lead, supervise, and support Foremen, Crew Leads, and field crews. Coordinate scheduling, labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently. Work closely with Project Managers and the Production Manager to execute project plans and meet deadlines. Monitor labor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Conduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Identify and resolve construction challenges, scheduling conflicts, and field-related issues. Maintain accurate daily reports, project updates, and change-order documentation. Mentor and develop field employees, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in construction field leadership, preferably in swimming pool construction or a related industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, job site operations, and project scheduling. Experience supervising multiple crews, subcontractors, and simultaneous construction projects. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Ability to manage labor resources effectively while meeting project deadlines. Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred; DOT medical card is a plus.
