Job Description The Assistant Project Manager - Ground-Up Multifamily Construction will: Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of large commercial and multifamily construction projects. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration efforts. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues and solutions. Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders. Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Gain exposure to all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through project closeout. Work on-site full-time and contribute to overall project execution. Support multiple high-profile projects across the region. The Successful Applicant The Assistant Project Manager - Ground-Up Multifamily Construction will have: Current title of Assistant Project Manager within the construction industry. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Background working on ground-up construction projects preferred; interior construction experience will also be considered. Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and support all aspects of project execution. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm. Familiarity with construction schedules, budgets, and contract administration. Willingness to work on-site five days per week.
