Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves supervising on-site activities, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. As a Foreman, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects efficiently while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and supervise demolition crews during daily field operationsReview project plans, scopes of work, and site conditionsConduct PTPs, toolbox talks, daily safety meetingsMonitor crew productivity and workmanshipIdentify hazards and ensure proper use of personal protective equipmentCoordinate equipment, materials, dumpsters, trucking, and site accessOversee selective, structural, interior, and MEP demolition activitiesConfirm utilities are properly identified, disconnected, or protected before work beginsCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and general contractorsMaintain daily reports, time records, equipment logs, and incident documentationMonitor schedules and communicate delays, changes, or field conflicts promptlyEnsure debris is sorted, handled, and disposed of in accordance with projectInspect tools and equipment and report maintenance or repair needsTrain and mentor crew members while maintaining a professional, productive jobsite
Qualifications:
5 years minimum of demolition or closely related construction experience3 years minimum of foreman experienceStrong knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing, and jobsite safetyAbility to read plans and project documentsExperience operating or directing use of skid steers, excavators, forklifts, manlifts and other demolition equipmentKnowledge of OSHA standardsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass drug screenings or site-specific clearance requirementsOSHA 30 certification (in hand)First Aid and CPR certifications (in hand)Ability to use Procore software on iPad Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work at heights for extended periodsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in dust, noise, heat, cold, and changing weather conditionsAbility to wear required PPE including respirator when applicableWillingness to work overtime, weekends, nights, or minimal travel when project requires

$48,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
