Senior Program Construction Manager - Rail & Transit Hill International is seeking a Senior Program Construction Manager - Rail & Transit in MarylandThis role is a chance to lead transformational, regionally significant transit investments. You would play a visible role on signature programs including rail modernization, rail corridors, expansions, BRT and station redevelopments. In addition, you will serve as a key advisor to top-tier clients including major transit agencies and infrastructure owners and help grow and shape a national PM/CM practice while staying grounded in construction delivery.

Construction Leadership & Owner's RepresentationLead construction management and field delivery across large-scale transit and infrastructure programsServe as Owner's Representative, accountable for ensuring contractors meet all contractual, technical, and performance obligationsDirect and manage contractors, DB/DBOM teams, and consultants across complex delivery environmentsDrive outcomes across safety and quality performance, schedule adnce and recovery, cost control and risk mitigationMajor Project & Program Delivery OversightLight rail/trolley modernization (e.g., fleet transition and infrastructure upgrades)Heavy maintenance and storage facilitiesNew rail/transit corridors and expansionsMajor station and transportation hub redevelopmentsBRT corridors and surface transit systemsManage multiple concurrent contract packages within large capital programsClient Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to major public-sector and regional transit agencies clients, including but not limited to

SEPTA, DRPA, NJ

Transit, Amtrak, WMATA, MTA, PRT, COTA, etc.
