Grit Leads to Greatness. We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized leader who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively, solves problems, and knows how to deliver successful commercial construction projects on time and within budget. What You'll Do Create, coordinate, and manage overall construction project schedules. Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop, manage, and track project budgets and costs. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Lead project meetings with subcontractors, owners, and design teams. Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and payment applications. Ensure projects meet quality standards, scheduling requirements, and budget expectations. Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, inspections, and testing requirements. Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Work closely with company leadership to achieve project and business goals. Identify challenges, develop solutions, and keep projects moving forward. What We're Looking For 5-7 years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial construction. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, including civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans. Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project coordination. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated, resourceful professional who takes initiative and gets things done. Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and find creative solutions. A team-oriented attitude and willingness to work collaboratively. $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
