Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations. Lead, train, and coach crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork. Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and satisfaction. Support scheduling, performance tracking, and operational improvements. Help monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory to maintain efficiency. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or leadership roles. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications (preferred). Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and manage operations throughout shifts. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
