Herbert Roofing is hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily roofing operations, manage subcontractor crews, ensure safety, protect quality, and deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Oversee roofing jobs from start to completion Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to company standards Enforce safety and OSHA compliance Communicate directly with homeowners Document progress and maintain accurate reporting What We're Looking For Strong field leadership and accountability Roofing or construction supervision experience Organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused Comfortable holding crews to high standards Compensation & Bonuses $52,000-$60,000 base salary (based on level) Quarterly performance pay $50 bonus per 5-star review mentioning you Quarterly branch bonus + annual profit sharing Health insurance contribution after 90 days Company Vehicle for your workday We operate on EOS, meaning clear expectations, measurable results, and real opportunity for growth.
