What We're Looking For 5+ years of multifamily / multi-unit construction experience Strong ground-up commercial construction background Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, site coordination, and multiple trades Mixed-use and/or retail experience strongly preferred Procore experience preferred OSHA 30 preferred, but not required Why Consider It?
