Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities. Manage project budgets through effective cost estimation, cost management strategies, and financial tracking using HeavyBid or comparable tools. Oversee construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained across all activities. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans and schematics for accuracy and feasibility. Coordinate project schedules with construction schedule coordination tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Ensure all construction plans comply with local codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Track project performance metrics related to schedule adherence, cost control, and quality assurance to inform decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale civil or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of heavy infrastructure development. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety compliance and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction management environment. Familiarity with construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings (Civil 3D preferred). Excellent time management skills coupled with leadership qualities necessary for project coordination and team supervision. Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to commercial infrastructure projects and experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
