Position Overview We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Entry-Level Creative Agent to support our growing team across marketing, interior design, and job-site operations. This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to contribute creatively while supporting day-to-day construction and design activities. Key Responsibilities Marketing Creative Assistant Create and schedule social media posts on a weekly basis Support and maintain consistent company branding across all channels Design and develop print materials Assist with website design updates and ongoing maintenance Contribute ideas and support the development of future marketing strategy plans Interior Design Creative Assist with the interior aesthetic design of homes Work alongside the Design Coordinator to interpret and customize homeowner preferences Create design renderings as needed Support the interior selection process with the Design Coordinator and homeowners (as needed) Assist leadership in developing designs and interior elements for homes Job Site Coordinator Help maintain clean, organized job sites Final cleaning of completed homes Perform supply returns and deliveries to sites as needed Track construction progress using company job-tracking tools Field questions and concerns from on-site teams and route them to the appropriate personnel Ensure company policies and standards are followed on job sites Ideal Candidate Character & Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Adaptable and resourceful. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in residential design and construction will set you apart. Requirements Entry-level candidates welcome; relevant education, coursework, or personal projects in design, marketing, or related fields preferred Tech proficiency and comfortable learning new software Reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across creative and operational functions in a dynamic home-building and design environment.
