Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Foreman to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled tradespeople, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, safety protocols, and technical drawing interpretation will drive project success and uphold the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules. Interpret and review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide on-site activities. Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines. Enforce OSHA and federal safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets project specifications and industry standards. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation using ProCore, Prolog or other construction management tools for accuracy and compliance. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management in commercial or heavy civil projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and OSHA compliance tools. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints accurately. Proven track record managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with supervisory responsibilities. Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for managing client expectations, team coordination, and safety briefings.
