Pay:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare estimates from designs, takeoffs and specifications including labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors Analyze and execute construction documents Purchase orders and material deliveries Manage on-site inventory Scheduling Identifying and managing changes Sub-contractor coordination and supervision Quality control and onsite inspections Manage costs by tracking labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors Review project actuals from original estimates Project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

General comprehension of construction methods, estimating and project management Knowledge of the Ag industry is beneficial, but not required Proficient in Excel and Word Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills Highly motivated Willingness to learn Ability to work individually and in team settings
