This position is assigned to projects that may be located throughout the US for periods of 6 months to a year, allowing home time monthly. Position oversees all aspects of the construction project including but not limited to subcontractors, schedules, budgets, daily inspections and acts coordinator with stakeholders. Successful candidate for this position can manage teams of various sizes and projects of moderate complexity.

Salary/Pay:

$80,000-$95,000 per year

DOQ Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Construction Management 3-5 yrs Commercial or Ag Construction Experience Prior experience reading blueprints, working with Procore and other industry software OSHA 30 and SWPPP certification preferred Employee based in Upper Midwest or Central US preferred Marcus is a reputable General Contractor located in Willmar, MN.
