You'll coordinate crews, schedules, safety, quality, and budgets while keeping project teams aligned and work moving forward. This role calls for construction site experience, sound judgment, and clear communication with field teams and project partners.

Your impact:

By coordinating safe, quality electrical work to the project schedule, you help crews and project stakeholders deliver reliable results. Duties Manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities; coordinate construction schedules, resources, and project milestones. Review blueprints, schematics, construction drawings, and technical drawings; identify field needs and coordinate resolutions. Monitor project budgets, estimates, contracts, quality control, and progress; maintain accurate project documentation. Lead construction safety management, apply Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and federal construction safety regulations, and enforce applicable construction regulations. Use construction management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to support scheduling, coordination, and reporting.

Skills Required:

Construction experience, commercial construction experience, construction site experience, supervising experience, crew management, and experience managing teams in a construction management role.

Required:

Construction project management, construction management, project scheduling, construction schedule coordination, construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and managerial communication.

Required:

Blueprint reading, construction drawing review, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, quality control, and familiarity with an ohmmeter.

Preferred:

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, pipeline projects, and other construction management software.

Preferred:

Knowledge of OSHA requirements, federal construction safety regulations, and applicable construction regulations; construction estimating experience.
