Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Job Foreman/Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing on-site operations, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a background in construction management and a comprehensive understanding of construction regulations, technical drawings. Duties Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations on site Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for installation procedures and quality assurance Experience Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong track record of supervising teams in fast-paced environments Hands-on experience with construction safety management aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams while enforcing safety policies effectively Knowledge of construction regulations related to commercial projects including quality control procedures and schedule coordination Position comes with a company provided truck, PTO, paid holidays, and employer matched IRA.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
