Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead large scale commercial construction projects across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Traveling Superintendent will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and uphold all safety and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to drive project success while traveling to various job sites nationwide. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on multiple commercial projects across different locations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards. Coordinate construction activities with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion. Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore; monitor progress regularly. Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and cost control measures. Enforce OSHA regulations and federal safety standards; conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to promote a safe working environment. Oversee quality control procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all construction regulations and contractual obligations. Supervise subcontractor performance, manage crew management activities, and provide clear managerial communication to ensure team productivity. Review construction schedules for coordination issues; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and project records using tools like Prolog or Construction Management Software. Experience Proven experience in heavy commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on active job sites. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for construction execution. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols for construction sites. Experience managing budgets, estimating costs, and controlling project expenses effectively. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining high safety standards and quality outcomes. Prior work experience in pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure is a plus but not required. Knowledge of heavy equipment testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections is beneficial but not mandatory. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
