Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with project personnel. You MUST have a resume and references. If you do not, please do not apply. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Must have a clean record and be able to get on military installations. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of construction activities. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth workflows. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain clear communication with project personnel regarding progress updates and any changes in scope or timeline. Skills Proficient in using construction management software. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing complex projects. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
