Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly - Overtime available

Responsibilities:

Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts Responsible for meeting the crew every morning Set up the job properly Relay the job work order to the crew Get materials throughout the day as needed Provide

Qualifications:
