You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The office is a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to shift, focus and prioritize to meet the needs of the team.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the construction side of the business Interact with builders and customers to schedule projects Schedule installation jobs - order materials, notify customers, etc. Oversee all aspects of construction jobs from planning to implementation Allocate resources as needed for projects Manage office personnel Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Help recruit new leads and grow the current business

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to learn and adapt in a very fast paced, ever changing environment Customer oriented - able to speak with builders, customers, contractors, etc. Work independently, complete tasks w/out reminders, follow-up on open items Own and take responsibility for tasks from beginning to completion Deadline and detail-oriented
