General Description The Construction Lead Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timely execution of customer orders in the Retail Division. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.

Initiative:

Proactively identifies process improvements and efficiencies. Responsibilities Review all new retail sales orders for accuracy. Coordinate and schedule deliveries, installations, and services. Communicate with customers regarding order status and scheduling. Ensure warehouse has orders staged and ready to prevent delays. Monitor inventory levels of materials and request replenishment. Use EVOSUS to manage work orders and maintain customer records. Coordinate with outside vendors as required. Review day-to-day activities of service and delivery teams. Prepare and administer service quotes when necessary. Maintain product knowledge and troubleshooting awareness. Exhibit professional phone and in-person communication skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems; ability to learn EVOSUS. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Eligible for discretionary performance bonus.
