In this Senior Construction Project Manager opportunity, you'll lead commercial projects end-to-end with a family-oriented, low-turnover culture and strong internal support. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include: 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience, with multisite and petroleum (gas station) experience desired Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, typically 6-8 active projects depending on complexity Oversee quick-serve restaurant and retail projects, typically $3M-$5M, including ground-up and renovation work (occupied and unoccupied) Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, assistant estimators, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor schedules, budgets, job-site progress, quality, and documentation, including weekly reports and RFI, transmittal, and CO logs Manage contracts and change orders, ensuring scope items, line items, and change order needs are captured accurately Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site meetings, and participate in owner meetings, walkthroughs, inspections, punch walks, and closeout/transition meetings Use project management software and standard office tools (including Bluebeam, Excel, and Raken/Raiken) to support procurement and daily updates

Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
