Their mission is to raise up construction leaders for the purpose of having a generational impact. The company does this by creating a catalytic work environment, providing practical life training during an employee's time with the organization, and through the talents of their coaches, just like this role. The Utility Superintendent will play a crucial role in day-to-day operations, training, and development of team members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong project supervision experience. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated utility professional with a passion for seeing people trained up in this industry and a drive to contribute to the success of the organization's construction projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Complete accountability for onsite operations of specific projects from the start of the construction phase through the close out phase.
Utility Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of utility pipe installation techniques, including trenching, design-specific shoring, and handling high groundwater. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in utility construction. Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that tools and machinery are in good working condition. Coordinate with equipment suppliers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex issues as they arise. Strong knowledge and skill in handling high groundwater scenarios.
Safety and Compliance:
Must understand OSHA requirements in the construction industry. Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on site. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate and coordinate with estimators, project managers, and upper management personnel on project management. Maintain continual communications with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall project efficiency.
