Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously, including a hospital portfolio valued at approximately $15M. Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction and planning through completion and closeout. Maintain and strengthen relationships with long-standing healthcare clients and key project stakeholders. Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Identify and resolve project challenges, including change orders, design issues, and schedule impacts. Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress, documentation, and reporting. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements. Collaborate closely with company leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 10+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing healthcare, hospital, mechanical, or commercial construction projects. Proven ability to lead projects valued at approximately $15M or greater. Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities. Demonstrated success maintaining long-term client relationships. Experience overseeing project financials, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management. Proficiency with Procore.
