We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating schedules and appointments, and ensuring efficient office management.

Responsibilities:

Customer intake
answering the phone, responding to client emails
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Organizing and keeping track of insurance documents and W9s
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Plan and coordinate office events and meetings

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or similar role.
Experience working for a contracting company.
Knowledge of Gmail , Google Drive, Google Calendar a must
Ability to manage calendars efficiently
