Summary We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Used Car Sales Manager with Strong automotive financing and deal-structuring expertise. This a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can manage inventory, close deals, and work directly with lenders to maximize profitability. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts to promote our automotive customization services. Conduct outside sales visits to establish relationships with clients and understand their needs. Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers during follow-up calls. Present product offerings clearly and persuasively to drive sales conversions. Negotiate terms of sale with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving market presence. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Work closely with finance to structure deals and maximize profitability. Actively structure deals, submit to lenders, and secure approvals. Train and coach sales staff on closing techniques and finance basics. Desk deals and ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage inventory acquisition, pricing, and vehicle turn. Qualifications Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required for this role. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. Familiarity with market trends in the automotive sector is beneficial. Finance experience with desking deals, submitting loan applications to lenders and printing paperwork for deals. Strong understanding of prime & subprime lending. Deal structuring and lender guidelines. contracts, funding and compliance. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Experience with inventory management systems.
