We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Landscape Construction Estimator / Operations Manager . This is a full-time, year-round leadership position ideal for someone with strong estimating, operations, and team management experience within the landscape industry. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate estimates and proposals for lawn maintenance, landscape construction, and snow removal services. Lead and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and oversee daily operations to maximize productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and exceptional service. Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and material usage to ensure profitability. Uphold company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures across all projects. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape estimating, operations management, and crew supervision. Need to have a strong landscape construction background. Strong understanding of lawn maintenance, landscaping practices, equipment, and materials. Snow removal and winter operations experience required, 24/7 availability required. Valid driver's license. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on outdoor environment. Availability to respond as needed during snow events, including 24/7 seasonal coverage. Familiarity with landscape industry software and the ability to evaluate, implement, and negotiate software solutions that support company operations.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
