Qualifications5+ years of construction experience.
Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction leadership role.
Experience with construction site management and construction safety.
Strong organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and coordination of trades and materials.
Experience with budgeting and project management, including tracking costs, timelines, and project milestones.
Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
Proficiency with basic construction management software and digital tools.
Ability to work on-site in Oceanport, NJ.Ability to safely work in an active construction environment, including standing, walking, and navigating construction sites.
Preferred QualificationsFormal education or training in construction, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects.
Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software.
