Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee project planning and scheduling using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Collaborate with design teams to interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for HVAC systems and related infrastructure. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, cost management, and contract negotiations utilizing tools like HeavyBid and ProCore. Supervise field teams on-site to ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control are maintained throughout all phases of construction. Coordinate with stakeholders on project schedules, resource allocation, and progress updates while managing project risks proactively. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Civil 3D to streamline project documentation, tracking, and reporting. Requirements Proven experience managing complex HVAC or infrastructure construction projects with a strong emphasis on commercial settings. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance specific to the industry. Proficiency in construction scheduling tools including Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and project management software like ProCore or similar platforms.
