Job Description Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and project schedules. Lead concrete construction activities and ensure quality execution. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients. Maintain project safety, compliance, and productivity standards. Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Strong background overseeing concrete construction activities. Experience managing heavy civil, site development, excavation, utility, or paving projects preferred. Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors. Track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently. Concrete construction experience. Construction scheduling and coordination.
