A well-established general contractor is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver that work. What You'll Do Manage data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover Keep budgets, forecasts, change orders and schedules accurate and up to date Coordinate with owners, engineers and electrical, mechanical and fire protection trade partners Plan work carefully in and around live, operating facilities with minimal disruption Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and logistics on tight urban sites Support and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers What You Bring Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required) A good working knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning Strong cost control, scheduling and communication skills An approachable, organized style that keeps owners and field teams on the same page A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience What We Offer $125,000-$170,000 plus bonus and benefits, a steady pipeline of mission-critical work in the New York metro, and a team that supports your growth.
