full-time Dobco Inc. is a leading New Jersey General Contractor managing 27+ active projects , including schools, courthouses, municipal buildings, higher education facilities, and federal projects ranging from $30M to $250M. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team and work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to help manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Support the PM with day-to-day project management and coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and vendors Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements Track project costs, schedules, procurement, and deliverables Attend project meetings and help resolve issues in the field Assist with project closeout and turnover

Qualifications:

1-4 years of construction experience Strong understanding of construction documents and project processes Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination Procore experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
