We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager to work with our construction team to build high-quality apartment and mixed-use buildings. Functions and Responsibilities

• On-site full time during construction monitoring the progress of work
• Maintain high quality workmanship
• Review Drawings
• Subcontractor coordination
• Coordination and inspection of material deliveries
• Cooperating with inspections
• Oversee site safety management
• Assure punch list is complete in a timely manner Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years' experience in hands-on, on-site construction is required
• Ability to solve problems, multi-task and react quickly to issues and problems
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Safety conscious, working knowledge of applicable regulations (I.e., OSHA30)
• Exceptional organizational skills
