•J & H Services, Inc. is a family-owned, Heavy Civil Construction Company, doing work in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas for over 22 years. We are seeking an Experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of multiple civil construction projects. Our corporate office is located in Albuquerque, NM. However, jobs are located throughout Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. Your home base is less important than your ability to travel to multiple project locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all civil construction projects from start to finish Allocate resources for assigned projects Manage field operations, subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines and project specifications Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Assist in developing and updating project schedules to ensure compliance with job planning and budget Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Oversee project teams to ensure compliance with Safety startup, program development, implementation, and management

Maintain Project Logs Qualifications:

3 years of experience in Civil Construction Project Management Proven track record of managing projects Willingness and ability to travel Valid driver's license with insurable record Familiarity with construction management software Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, traverse civil construction job sites Benefits include: Vehicle and lodging provided Competitive Pay $80-$120k+/year depending on experience Up to 100% Health Insurance Paid Depending on Plan Chosen 401(K) with matching Flexible Schedule Paid Sick Leave Vacation
