Oversee construction schedule coordination by creating and maintaining accurate timelines using construction scheduling tools in Buildertrend. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review plans, resolve issues, and ensure project specifications are met. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately to guide project execution effectively. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain smooth workflow and mitigate delays. Lead project teams by providing clear direction, fostering teamwork, and managing performance to meet project milestones. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards for residential buildings. Requirements Proven experience managing residential construction projects. Strong proficiency in construction management software Buildertrand or equivalent tools. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling (including construction schedule coordination), cost management, and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with construction site supervision including safety protocols and quality control measures. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately for effective project execution. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment. Familiarity with construction regulations governing residential building codes and environmental standards. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
