Job Summary Diehl Development, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil/Site Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management, capable of coordinating multiple teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects adhere to strict schedules and regulatory standards. As a pivotal member of our construction team, you will drive project success by applying your expertise in construction scheduling, cost management, and project coordination. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and safety standards Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Assist in Job buyout Assist with bidding Submit job RFIs and submittals Solicit Vedors for jobs Manage construction budgets by monitoring costs, processing change orders, and ensuring projects stay within financial targets Assist with job paperwork including AIA documents Oversee daily site activities, including supervising subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality work and adherence to safety regulations Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide on-site operations effectively Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, permits, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle Utilize construction management software such as Bid2Win, Insite, AIA documents, Microsoft Office and the OneDrive for documentation, reporting, and project tracking Coordinate with engineers, architects, clients, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth communication and project progress Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance Manage project schedules by coordinating tasks efficiently while managing time constraints and resource allocation Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders to support informed decision-making Good communication and being a team player is very important as well as being reliable and dependable.

Experience Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex site management Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes Strong background in managing teams within a construction management role—supervising subcontractors, field crews, and vendors effectively Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets accurately while controlling costs through effective cost management strategies Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract administration including reading blueprints and technical drawings Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements Experience working with construction management software such as Bluebeam for project documentation and communication Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Join us as a Civil/Site Construction Project Manager if you're passionate about leading impactful infrastructure projects with energy and precision.
