Estimator/Project Manager For Roofing & Contracting Company Established Roofing & Contracting company based in Croton-on-Hudson needs a person with a construction background to meet with customers and assist in pricing residential roofing and contracting work. Most of our work is roofing so experience in this field is helpful. Must be able to read commercial roofing plans and do construction take-offs. Will train a suited person. This person may also assist with site visits checking on employees, quality control, safety monitoring, and other managerial duties. Seeking a person with good interpersonal sales skills and be able to work well on a construction team. This position requires travel from our office located in Croton-on-Hudson to job sites around Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland Counties. This position requires a valid drivers license. Must be within driving distance to Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520, where our office and shop is based.

We are looking for someone who is local to Croton-on-Hudson and can visit our local jobs. Work is available immediately. Pay to be based on skill and experience.
