Job Description

COR Development Company, a central NY Real Estate Development/Management Company is looking for a construction estimator/tenant coordinator ideally with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building/tenant construction and the review of commercial construction plans/specifications. Qualified candidates must be well organized, have excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects.

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
