Job Description

Company Overview Laundry Capital is a dynamic and expanding laundry service provider with over 90 stores strategically located in urban hubs across the country. Our commitment to convenience and quality service drives us to deliver exceptional customer experiences in vibrant city environments. Job Overview Laundry Capital is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction of new laundromat locations across our NY, Mid-West, Texas, Ohio, Indianapolis, and New England markets. This person will manage several projects concurrently, from site readiness through GC coordination, equipment installation, and turnover to our Store Opening and Operations teams. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role for someone who thrives managing multiple job sites at once. Duties Manage multiple laundromat construction projects simultaneously across NY and New England Source, vet, and interview new General Contractors in each market Review site utilities and permit requirements to confirm buildability before construction begins Read and understand building plans, specifications, and designer finish specs Schedule and coordinate GCs and trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paving, structural, and signage vendors Coordinate directly with architects on plan questions and field conditions Lead subcontractor bid leveling, buyout, and contract administration Manage bids, submittals, and change orders throughout construction Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Ensure projects adhere to prototype/brand design standards for consistency across locations Order special-order items and coordinate delivery of laundromat equipment to site Provide project cost forecasting and reporting against approved budget Manage punch list and drive projects to completion, on time and on budget Turn over completed stores to the Store Opening team, and ultimately to the Operations team Provide regular project status updates to the Development team Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management, required Retail construction buildout experience required; laundromat build experience a strong plus QSR (quick-service restaurant) construction experience also considered — similar mechanical/utility complexity Required Skills Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar architectural/design software Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans Experience managing GCs and trade subcontractors, including sourcing and vetting new vendors in unfamiliar markets Working knowledge of permitting processes and utility requirements Strong organizational skills — able to run several projects in parallel without dropping details Willing and able to travel regularly across the territory Preferred Skills Working knowledge of laundromat equipment is a plus Pay range and compensation package
Compensation:
$140,000-$165,000 base salary, plus annual bonus eligibility and a travel/vehicle allowance.

$140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
